iFIT, whose portfolio includes fitness equipment brands NordicTrack, ProForm and Freemotion, is expanding its digital offerings with studio-quality content from Club Pilates and YogaSix through a new partnership with Xponential Fitness.
The move gives iFIT’s more than six million members access to Pilates and yoga classes from two of Xponential’s most prominent brands, advancing its mission to provide more holistic, accessible wellness options. Notably, Pilates appears to be an area of interest for the fitness tech leader, having recently acquired Reform RX, a high-end reformer brand known for its commercial and at-home equipment.

“We’re incredibly excited to bring the Club Pilates and YogaSix experiences to our athletes,” iFIT chief subscription officer Jeremy McCarty said. “As a leader in connected fitness, we’re constantly evolving to meet the needs of our athletes. With this partnership, our athletes now get access to a broader range of fitness content—all included as part of their iFIT membership.”
To promote the collaboration, iFIT is launching a new challenge in which eligible members who complete the program will receive an in-studio Club Pilates intro class pass and be entered for a chance to win a one-year membership to either Club Pilates or YogaSix.

A tech company CEO has resigned after controversy over a video captured on the big screen at a Coldplay concert.
Andy Byron resigned from his job as CEO of Astronomer Inc., according to a statement posted on LinkedIn by the company Saturday.
“Astronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding. Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability, and recently, that standard was not met,” the company said in its post on LinkedIn.
The move comes a day after the company said that Byron had been placed on leave and the board of directors had launched a formal investigation into the incident, which went viral.
A short video clip from Coldplay’s concert Wednesday at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, showed a man and a woman cuddling and smiling, his arms wrapped around her, as she leaned back into him. When they saw themselves on the big screen, her jaw dropped, her hands flew to her face and she spun away from the camera. He ducked out of the frame, as did she.
Lead singer Chris Martin had asked the cameras to scan the crowd for his “Jumbotron Song,” when he sings a few lines about the people the camera lands on.
“Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy,” he joked.
Internet sleuths identified the man as the chief executive officer of a U.S.-based company and the woman as its chief people officer.
Pete DeJoy, Astronomer’s cofounder and chief product officer, has been tapped as interim CEO while the company conducts a search for Byron’s successor.

The company put out a statement after the incident Friday, writing on social media, “Astronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding. Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability,” the company shared.
“The Board of Directors has initiated a formal investigation into this matter, and we will have additional details to share very shortly.”
Later Friday, Astronomer said Byron had been placed on leave.
“Cofounder and Chief Product Officer Pete DeJoy is currently serving as interim CEO given Andy Byron has been placed on leave. We will share more details as appropriate in the coming days,” Astronomer wrote on social media.

Fox News confirmed Cabot and her ex-husband filed for divorce in 2018, and court documents appear to show their divorce was finalized in 2022.

No divorce records have been found for Byron, who appears to still be married.

The move came after Justice Alexandre de Moraes sent police to raid the home of ex-President Jair Bolsonaro ahead of his trial on charges he attempted a coup to remain in power.
Finance Minister Fernando Haddad denied Brazil is considering limits on dividends as a retaliation against the U.S., Reuters reported, citing a statement.
The Brazilian government is also considering ending the licensing of U.S. drug patents and levying taxes on big tech firms, according to O Estado de S. Paulo and O Globo. It hasn’t made a decision and any measures will require Lula’s approval, the newspapers said.
