MADISON, Wis. — The Wisconsin volleyball team will once again take the court at the Kohl Center this year. The Badgers will take on Florida in the Kohl Center Classic on Sept. 21.

This will be the second Kohl Center Classic to feature the Badgers and Gators. Florida came to Madison for the first iteration of the event in 2022, beating the Badgers in five sets. That match was special, as 16,833 people attended to set what was — at the time — an NCAA indoor attendance record.

Last year’s Kohl Center Classic drew 15,084 people as Wisconsin beat Marquette in four sets. Sarah Franklin set a program record for single-match kills with 33.

Tickets for the match will go on sale on Aug. 7 at 9 a.m. First serve is set for noon on Sept. 21 and the game will air on the Big Ten Network.

The Badgers return to action on Aug. 16 with the Red vs White Scrimmage. They’ll host Notre Dame on Aug. 17 at 1 p.m.
