The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Men’s and Women’s Cross Country/Track & Field Teams were announced yesterday by College Sport Communicators (CSC). This award recognize the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the track, in the field, and in the classroom.

10 Mules were recognized on the list consisting of five men and five women. Claire Beebe, Brady CleggMaria Dibari and Chris Gould represent Colby Cross Country while Michelle Barnes, Jackson Coelho, Peter MartelFiona Mejico*, Ren Zanze*, and Tally Zeller* represent Colby Track & Field.

Outstanding student-athletes are nominated for Academic All-District® recognition by current CSC members and must meet high academic and athletic standards. To qualify, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically, have a minimum 3.50 cumulative GPA and must have a top-50 individual performance at the 2024 NCAA regional competition for cross country or a top-50 regional ranking in a single event for indoor or outdoor track & field.

Note: Only individual ranked performances are to be used for eligibility. If a student-athlete has participated in a RELAY EVENT, that can bolster the nomination but the basic criteria to be met is for INDIVIDUAL performances. Relays cannot be the basis for eligibility.

Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists are denoted with an asterisk and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced July 15th, 2025 (women) and July 16th, 2025 (men).
