FINDLEY LAKE, N.Y. — Two adolescents from the area are facing allegations of service theft after reportedly skiing at Peek’n Peak Resort and Spa without proper passes during the Christmas holiday.
A 17-year-old male from Wattsburg and a 16-year-old from Erie, whose gender has not been disclosed, were part of a group of six individuals charged by the Chautauqua County (N.Y.) Sheriff’s Office following their apprehension by Peek’n Peak security for skiing at the location between Dec. 27 and Sunday, as stated by the sheriff’s office.
