This program encompasses male and female U21 athletes, ranging from pre-emerging talent to WSL Qualifying Series competitors. The Podium Program is Surfing Australia’s high-performance initiative, collaborating top-tier athletes, coaches & support staff to achieve world-class success across the World Surf League, ISA World Surfing Games, and Olympic Games. The Podium athlete cohort is made up of male & female WSL World Championship Tour Surfers & WSL Challenger Series surfers each year.
