The property boasts four bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. The racing-focused amenities make it particularly appealing to motorsports enthusiasts. It features underground garages, private fuel storage facilities, and multiple off-road tracks that weave through the trees and into the open air.

The 40-year-old driver shared the listing on social media, writing, “We love this piece of land and the amazing barndominium but right now we just don’t have enough time to spend there. We can’t wait for someone to love it as much as we have!”

Busch and his family bought the estate in 2023 from the Deegan family, who are also heavily linked to the motorsports world. Brian Deegan, a professional motocross rider and racing driver, and his family including Hailie Deegan, who previously raced in NASCAR and is currently racing in IndyNXT, built the property in 2020 after relocating from California.

This comes after the Richard Childress Racing driver signed a contract extension with the team, which will see him in the No. 8 Chevrolet through the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series season.

Commenting on the new contract, which was announced on 24 May, 2025, Childress explained that, “This has extended our contract out another year, and we’re really excited. You know, Kyle has been great to work with. Everybody had questions going in. I love a driver that (doesn’t) like to lose, and we’ve worked hard. We’ve got some exciting things coming up.

“He and I are both alike in one area that we don’t like to lose; we want to win races. I still think that Kyle will win him a championship, and we want it to happen at RCR and that’s our plans. We got a lot of new things coming. This car is a lot different. It’s so engineer-driven that we’re stepping our engineering up more, and I’m excited about the future.”

“I give a lot of credit to Richard and him believing in me and giving me the opportunity to be able to come over here and have a chance to drive his car,” Busch added. “So for me, rewarding him with that and having the success on the race track is paramount. Being able to continue on when I first joined, I feel like there were some things that we were doing within the rules at that time that got us some extra speed, and then, there was definitely some things that came down that they didn’t like us doing.

“So that’s sort of where we’ve lost a little bit if people are wondering, why have we not been able to win like we did in the first 16 races. It’s just a matter of being able to continue to work with the people that are there. It’s a great culture. I enjoy working there. I fit in well there. They enjoy having me there.”

SUPERIOR, Wis. (Northern News Now) – Over in Superior, about a mile past Pattison State Park, it was a bit noisy on Saturday.

After having to cancel the original first points race, Go-kart racing is back in Superior after nearly a decade.

Hundreds of fans and racers showed up at the newly renovated Black River Motorsports for a day filled with racing.

43 Go Karts competed in the event, from as young as five years old to teenagers participating.

This spring, a group came together and worked to revitalize the track.

“We’re bringing back the go-karts, we’re racing on dirt. We’re just pushing to bring more kids back into racing, and if we don’t start young, then we’re not going to get them to go back to Superior and Proctor, all the local tracks,” said Donnie Lofdahl in May.

With Sunday’s race, the semifinals are set for the NASCAR In-Season Challenge. Ty Dillon passed Alex Bowman on the final lap to win their matchup. He will face John Hunter Nemechek, who eliminated LEGACY MOTOR CLUB teammate Erik Jones.

On the other side of the bracket, a sixth-place finish for Tyler Reddick advanced him past Ryan Preece. He’ll face fellow Toyota driver Ty Gibbs, who finished seventh to eliminate Zane Smith.

The next stop for the NASCAR Cup Series is the AutoTrader EchoPark Automotive 400 at Dover Motor Speedway on Sunday, July 20. The green flag waves at 2 p.m. ET, with coverage on TNT, the Performance Racing Network and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.

Shane van Gisbergen led 97 of 110 laps to win the NASCAR Sonoma race.

Shane van Gisbergen is once again a road course winner in the NASCAR Cup Series.

van Gisbergen held off Chase Briscoe and Chase Elliott to win the Toyota/Save Mart 350 NASCAR Cup Series race at Sonoma Raceway. van Gisbergen led 97 of 110 laps to score the win and has won the last three road course races.

Ross Chastain, van Gisbergen’s Trackhouse Racing teammate, won the opening stage of the race for his first of the season. van Gisbergen pitted late in the second stage then passed Kyle Larson on the final lap of the stage to win it.

The race at Sonoma had six cautions for 17 laps and 12 lead changes.

NASCAR is heading to Wine Country.

The NASCAR Cup Series is running the Toyota/Save Mart 350 to highlight a full weekend of action including the NASCAR Xfinity Series and ARCA Menards Series West.

For some fans, this will be their first time attending a NASCAR race. If you’re one of those first-time fans, we have a checklist for you to get the most out of race day.

Here’s a first-time fan checklist for the NASCAR Sonoma race.

Plan to arrive early for NASCAR Sonoma race

Fans should arrive two hours early to navigate traffic, parking and spend some time in the Fan Zone to make the day even more memorable.

Do not forget sunscreen!

The NASCAR Sonoma race will be one of the warmer days of the season, and almost always produces beautiful weather days. Make sure to bring sunscreen, getting a sunburn at a NASCAR race is painful.

Hit those merchandise haulers

Near the fan zone, there are merchandise haulers with all kinds of items for sale. Anything from hats, t-shirts, flags, pens, pencils and, of course, diecast cars, are available in these haulers. The haulers are separated by race team (for example, Hendrick Motorsports is in one hauler with Chase Elliott, Kyle Larson, William Byron and Alex Bowman merchandise). There may even be a driver in the hauler to sign autographs, if you’re lucky.

Don’t forget to eat at NASCAR Sonoma race

There are concession stands and food trucks around the speedway. Make sure to look around and find your favorites to enjoy at the racetrack.

Get to your seat early for NASCAR Sonoma race

You’ll want to make sure to get to your seat early to enjoy the pre-race festivities, a snack and a drink before the race. There will also be lots of standing, including for every restart, a few laps after, and as the race is coming to a close.

Can I bring cooler, food, alcohol to Sonoma Raceway?

Yes, coolers are allowed. They must be a soft-sided cooler no bigger than 14-inches by 14-inches by 14-inches. Backpacks and bags no bigger than 18-inches by 18-inches by 14-inches are allowed. Pre-packaged food and alcohol are allowed, but no glass containers.

Your downloaded ticket to the Sonoma Raceway app, ready to be scanned at the gate.
A maximum of two bags per person that do not exceed 18″x18″x14″ size.
Ear protection is recommended.
A seat cushion is highly recommended for the concrete terrace seating in Turns 2, 3, 7 and 9.
Water (plastic bottles only) Snacks, if you wish.

William Byron rolled onto the track in group one and set a lap time of 1:15.025, a good enough for third place.

Alex Bowman, who is battling Ty Dillon this week in the NASCAR In-Season Challenge, starts ninth. Kyle Larson and Chase Elliott will start 11th and 13th respectively for Sunday’s race.

Hendrick Motorsports is doing double duty this weekend with Corey Day piloting the No. 17 HendrickCars.com Chevrolet in the Xfinity Series. He was set to roll off 14th for the race slated for 4:30 p.m. start time later on Saturday.
