Brandon Dutcher serves as the senior vice president at OCPA. Initially a member of the OCPA board, he became part of the staff in 1995. Dutcher earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Oklahoma. He holds a master’s in journalism and another in public policy from Regent University. Dutcher is featured in the Heritage Foundation Guide to Public Policy Experts and is the editor of the book Oklahoma Policy Blueprint, which has been commended by Nobel Prize-winning economist Milton Friedman as “thorough, well-informed, and highly sophisticated.” His award-winning writings have been published in Investor’s Business Daily, WORLD magazine, Forbes.com, Mises.org, The Oklahoman, the Tulsa World, and over 200 newspapers in Oklahoma and across the U.S. He resides in Edmond with his wife, Susie, and their six children.
