Norwegian Cruise Line has revealed further alterations to its deployment strategy for the 2025-26 season, resulting in an added 35 voyages across four ships being cancelled.

In a communication dispatched to travel advisors on Friday afternoon, it was noted that the affected sailings were to take place on the Norwegian Bliss, the Norwegian Breakaway, the Norwegian Encore, and the Norwegian Joy.

The cancelled voyages encompass nine trips to the Panama Canal, West Coast, and the Caribbean that were scheduled for the Norwegian Bliss on certain dates from Nov. 30, 2025, to March 3, 2026.

Additionally, ten cruises on the Norwegian Breakaway have been cancelled, which includes all departures set between Jan. 6 and Feb. 6, 2026.

The ship was slated to provide three- and four-night journeys to the Bahamas from Port Canaveral during that period.

All cruises planned for the Norwegian Encore between Nov. 30, 2025, and Jan. 16, 2026, have also been cancelled.

Operating from Miami and Los Angeles, this vessel was intended to feature itineraries to the Panama Canal, West Coast, and the Caribbean.

Furthermore, Norwegian cancelled nine cruises on the Norwegian Joy that were programmed for departure between Nov. 29, 2025, and April 11, 2026.

The disrupted itineraries were expected to travel from Port Canaveral to the Caribbean, stopping at places like Puerto Plata, St. Thomas, and Tortola.

Norwegian stated that those affected by the cancelled sailings will begin receiving notification letters on Monday, Dec. 9, 2024.

Earlier, in late November, Norwegian Cruise Line had previously cancelled over 50 voyages aboard the Norwegian Jewel, the Norwegian Star, the Norwegian Dawn, and the Norwegian Jade.

Due to fleet redeployment, the company announced that impacted passengers would obtain full refunds alongside a 10 percent discount offered as Future Cruise Credit (FCC).

Details regarding the new deployment plans for the affected ships are anticipated to be disclosed shortly.
