Boys Action

Greers Ferry Westside 47, Southside 37
Bryant Brown scored 11 points, while Dylan Strain and Max Gipson added 10 points each to lead Greers Ferry Westside over Southside.

Trey Allen led Southside with 11 points.

Greers Ferry Westside advances to the semifinals to face Thayer on Thursday night at 6:40 p.m. Thayer girl’s will play at 2:40 p.m. on Saturday against the winner of the Cedar Ridge vs. Southside game on Thursday.

Cedar Ridge 51, Batesville 23
Kyle Provence scored 18 points and Lawson Bruce added 11 to lead the Cedar Ridge Timberwolves over Batesville on Wednesday night.

Rafa Thomas led Batesville with 10 points.

The win puts the Timberwolves in the Boy’s Championship game at 8 p.m. on Saturday night. They will face the winner of the Greers Ferry Westside vs. Thayer game on Thursday.

Batesville will play in the third palce game at 6:40 p.m. vs. the loser of the Greers Ferry Westside vs. Thayer game on Thursday.

Girls Action

Thayer 60, Gosnell 26
Ryleigh Davis scored 21 points and Kayden Hilles added 19 points to lead Thayer past Gosnell in the consolation bracket on Wednesday.

Sierra Simmons led Gosnell with 13 points.

Thayer will play the winner of Cedar Ridge vs. Southside at 2:40 p.m. on Saturday.

Mountain View 62, Manila 42
Jacie Cooper scored 16 points, while Emma Akins and Evvi Cooper scored 15 points each in Mountain View’s 20-point win over Manila in the girl’s semifinals.

Hadlie Goodson led Manila with 14 points.

Mountain View advances to the tournament championship game at 5:20 p.m. on Saturday and will face the winner of the Nettleton vs. Greers Ferry Westside game on Thursday.

Manila will play at 4 p.m. on Saturday in the third-place game against the loser of the Greers Ferry Westside-Nettleton game.
