A Reeds Spring Middle School student had a successful run during a recent esports competition in Union, MO.

Eighth grader Josh Thomas competed in the Fall Brawl championship, where he finished in the top 16 of Smash Bros players in the state. The Fall Brawl championship was hosted by the Missouri Scholastic Esports Federation (MOSEF). According to the MOSEF website, the federation exists to support the growth of scholastic esports, by providing schools with education and equitable access for students to competitive leagues while promoting a safe and fun experience.
