WITH THE NFL debut of cornerback Kendall Williamson of the Los Angeles Chargers, 269 Stanford alumni have played in NFL or AFL regular-season football games all-time.Denver offensive tackle Cameron Fleming, Buffalo defensive end Casey Toohill, and Washington receiver Brycen Tremayne were on practice squads. New England tight end Austin Hooper caught four passes for 55 yards in the Patriots’ 24-21 loss at Buffalo. Each of his catches went for first downs, whith his 26-yarder in the fourth quarter the Patriots longest gain of the day. Hooper has caught 24 passes in his past six games. Hooper played 50 offensive snaps and three on special teams.Los Angeles Chargers safety Kendall Williamson made his NFL debut on Thursday night in a 34-27 victory over visiting Denver. Williamson had a solo tackle – of fullback Michael Burton after a 13-yard gain in the fourth quarter — while playing 17 defensive snaps and 10 on special teams. Williamson was drafted in the seventh round of the 2023 draft by Chicago and remained on the Bears’ practice squad and released before this season, and then released by Buffalo in training camp. He was signed to the Chargers’ practice squad on October 30 and elevated to the active squad for one day – gameday against the Broncos — before returning to the practice squad. Minnesota starting nose tackle Harrison Phillips assisted on three tackles in the Vikings’ 27-24 victory at Seattle. The Vikings (13-2) are second in the NFC North and hold the No. 5 conference playoff position. Phillips played 40 defensive snaps.

Los Angeles Rams kicked Joshua Karty was perfect in a 19-9 victory at the New York Jets. Karty made field goals of 38 and 45 yards and converted his only extra-point try as the Rams (9-6) took the solo lead in the NFC West and sit at No. 3 in the conference playoff picture. Rams tight end Colby Parkinson played 17 offensive snaps and four on special teams. New York defensive tackle Solomon Thomas received his first start of the season and had one solo tackle. Thomas saw action on 35 defensive downs and four on special teams.San Francisco running back Christian McCaffrey and linebacker Curtis Robinson, New Orleans cornerback Paulson Adebo, Los Angeles Chargers receiver Simi Fehoko, Pittsburgh offensive guard Nate Herbig, and New York Giants inside linebacker Bobby Okereke were on injured reserve. Las Vegas cornerback Kyu Blu Kelly played seven special teams snaps in the Raiders’ 19-14 victory over visiting Jacksonville. It was Kelly’s second appearance for the Raiders this season. Offensive guard Andrus Peat played four downs on special teams for the Raiders. Jaguars starting offensive left tackle Walker Little suffered a high ankle sprain on Jacksonville’s fifth offensive play and did not return. Miami cornerback Ethan Bonner and Philadelphia quarterback Tanner McKee were inactive. Houston quarterback Davis Mills did not play.Atlanta starting center Drew Dalman played 62 (93 percent) of the offensive snaps in the Falcons’ 34-7 victory over visiting New York Giants. The Falcons (8-7) are tied for the NFC South lead with Tampa Bay and are in the No. 4 position in the NFC playoff picture, but have yet to clinch a playoff spot. Kansas City starting strong safety Justin Reid made five tackles, including four solo, in the Chiefs’ 27-19 victory over visiting Houston on Saturday. Reid broke up two passes and had a tackle for loss as the Chiefs (14-1) remained atop the AFC playoff picture. Reid played all but one defensive snap, and played four special teams downs. Houston starting tight end Dalton Schultz caught a 10-yard touchdown pass from C.J. Stroud to put the Texans ahead 10-7 in the second quarter. Schultz tied a season-high with five catches, for 45 yards, as AFC South leader Houston (9-6) clinched a playoff spot.
Miami’s Jake Bailey averaged 49.0 on two punts in the Dolphins’ 29-17 victory over visiting San Francisco that kept their slim hopes for an AFC playoff berth alive. TO DALTON 🎯Arizona starting receiver Michael Wilson had two catches for 44 yards in the Cardinals’ 36-30 overtime loss at Carolina that knocked them out of the playoff race. Wilson caught a deep pass from Kyler Murray for 38 yards – the second-longest play of the game – that set up a third-quarter field goal that brought the Cardinals within 23-20. Wilson played 63 (90 percent) of the offensive snaps. Teammate Elijah Higgins, at tight end, played 19 offensive snaps and 15 on special teams. Washington starting tight end Zach Ertz had one catch for 12 yards in the Commanders’ 36-33 comeback victory over visiting Philadelphia. Washington (10-5) holds the No. 7 position in the NFC playoff picture. Ertz’ catch was immediately followed by a 49-yard passing play for a touchdown that brought the Commanders within 28-27 midway through the fourth quarter. Ertz played 48 offensive snaps. Eagles defensive tackle Thomas Booker played four snaps on special teams as Philadelphia (12-3) remained on top of the NFC East and at No. 2 in the conference playoff picture.
