ERIE, Pa. – Penn State Behrend men's water polo senior Jack Holl (Greenwich, CT/Greenwich) and freshman Nick Thompson (Hudsonville, MI/Hudsonville) were selected as 2024 Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC) Division III All-America Honorable Mentions.Holl earned All-Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF) First Team honors this season after leading the team and ranking third in the conference with 66 goals. He finished first on the team with 29 earned exclusions and second in performance indicator (93). Holl also recorded 28 steals, seven blocks, and three assists. This marks his second career selection as an All-American as he was named an Honorable Mention in 2022.Thompson was tabbed MPSF East Newcomer of the Year and registered First Team honors. He was the first-ever major award winner in program history. Thompson led the team and finished fifth in the MPSF in steals (39). He ranked second on the team and eighth in the conference with 54 goals, while also being tallying a team-high in performance indicator (107.3). Thompson was also second on the team with 25 earned exclusions and third on the team in assists (13).
