Banshee Brands, Inc., the parent company of Retay USA and Breda America Group (Breda AG), has appointed Michael Narus as vice president of marketing. Narus reportedly brings over three decades of experience in the shooting sports industry and expertise in driving brand growth, building strategic partnerships and developing marketing strategies.
“I’m thrilled to join the Banshee Brands team and contribute to the continued growth and success of Retay USA and Breda AG,” said Narus. “I look forward to collaborating with this talented team to enhance our engagement with consumers and partners. Narus’ career is reportedly marked by managing marketing teams, fostering key account relationships and executing campaigns that have driven revenue and brand awareness for globally recognized brands. The company said he has “consistently demonstrated an ability to identify opportunities, implement effective strategies and deliver measurable results.”
The company said in a media release that Narus will oversee all U.S. marketing operations, focusing on engaging consumers with the performance and benefits of Retay USA and Breda AG products.
Retay USA is the North American strategic arm for Retay Arms of Konya, Turkey. Retay USA manages the brand’s marketing and sales efforts, imports, logistics, and distribution in North America, and warranty service for the Retay shotgun brand.
The company also reported this week that it will strengthen dealer support and regional growth for Retay USA and Breda America Group (Breda AG) brands across the U.S. with its expanded sales team that includes several new repgroups. They include:
- Mountain States Sports Marketing LLC (MSSM) serving Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Alaska, and Hawaii.
- Proactive Sales Group Mid-West serving Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North and South Dakota.
- Proactive Sales Group North East, serving Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Delaware, and New Jersey.
- Jeff Robles and Associates, serving Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

Before joining the company in December 2024, Narus was at Carl Zeiss Sports Optics after spending short stints at Arcus Hunting and other shooting sports companies.
