PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERThe fitness challenge encourages students to find creative ways to stay active at home and in their communities. Whether it’s a family walk, practicing a sport, or even trying new activities like yoga or biking, the goal is to inspire students to make fitness an enjoyable part of their daily lives. Along the way, they’ll reflect on how staying active helps build physical strength and mental resilience, aligning with the Character Strong principles of kindness, courage, and respect.

Participation in this program is voluntary, but we hope it sparks excitement and a sense of accomplishment for everyone involved. By incorporating elements of Character Strong, we aim to show students that fitness is not just about moving their bodies—it’s about strengthening their character and building a lifestyle of wellness.Our fitness challenge is an exciting opportunity for students to stay active outside the school day while building positive habits that support both physical and emotional well-being. This cross-curricular program combines the benefits of physical activity with the principles of our SEBH (Social, Emotional, and Behavioral Health) curriculum, Character Strong. By participating, students not only engage in fun and healthy movement but also develop critical life skills such as perseverance, empathy, and teamwork.
