If CSU were to fire Farokhmanesh without cause, the school pays 75% of remaining contract value.

- Winn the Naismith or NABC National Coach of the Year award: $100,000
- “If Coach continues to actively serve as the head basketball coach as of May 1, 2028, Coach shall be paid a retention bonus of $100,000”
