THIS IS A REALLY BIG DEAL‼️ For just the second-time EVER — all THREE finalists for the Patty Kaz Award (the highest honor in college women’s hockey) are from the SAME school ❤️

The only other time that happened — all 3 finalists were from Minnesota (2013)!

Every year, the NCAA presents the Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award to the top player in NCAA Division I women’s ice hockey.

Selection criteria includes outstanding individual and team skills, sportsmanship, performance in the clutch, personal character, competitiveness, academic achievement, civic involvement, and a love of hockey.

This year’s winner was Casey O’Brien.
