Coaches can email nominees to cvinel@gannett.com. To round out the ballot, the News-Journal staff also picks athletes from scores and stats posted online.Flagler Palm Coast wrestler Kendall Bibla took second with 17.8% of the votes.The junior dropped 30 points on New Smyrna Beach in a 77-74 overtime victory. He claimed 60.3% of the votes.
