Orient-Macksburg was third in both.ATLANTIC – In tight team races with West Des Moines Valley, Atlantic archery team took a pair of seconds in the high school division at their home meet.In the 3-D division, Petty was fifth for the boys at 280, while Michael Hocamp was sixth at 279 and Pieken ninth at 276. Blake was a winner for the girls, scoring a 283, while Martin was third at 274, Elynor Brummer fifth at 273, Mariah Hadley seventh at 270 and Lily Willrich eighth at 269.

Madeline Blake was the top girls’ high school archer with a 286, scoring 17 10s. Jacquie Freund was fourth with a 282, while Rylan Martin (277), Mariah Hadley (275) and Gabrielle Engler (274) were sixth, seventh and ninth, respectively to also finish with top-10 scores.Grady Roberts’ 267 was tops for Atlantic in the middle school boys bullseye division, with a 267. Alicia Juhl was seventh on the girls’ side with a 247. In 3-D, Drayven Wheeler was third with a 273 for the boys, and Lucy Northwick third with a 248 for the girls.In bullseye for the Trojans, Grant Petty was second for the boys with a 288, scoring 19 tens. Hank Roberts was third at 287, also with 19 tens, while Jacoby Wood (282), Zander Pieken (280) and Ryan Hackwell (280) were seventh, ninth and 10th, respectively to round out the top 10.
