Berg, Sundberg Named AVCA All-American Honorable Mentions
LEXINGTON, Ky. – The No. 25 nationally ranked Gustavus Adolphus College volleyball team’s Leah Berg and Maren Sundberg earned American Volleyball Coaches Association (ACVA) All-American Honorable Mention awards for the 2025 season, the association announced on Wednesday.
Berg had 363 kills while averaging 3.05 kills per set on .208 hitting this fall. The senior outside hitter also had 33 blocks and 76 digs.
Sundberg led Gustavus with 598 digs, averaging 5.03 digs per set. The senior libero also had 34 service aces and 93 assists.
The Gusties concluded their 2025 season with a 24-8 overall record to go with a 9-2 record in the MIAC.
