STANFORD, Calif. – After a season that saw her contribute significantly to Stanford’s journey to the 2024 Women’s College Cup, sophomore Mia Bhuta has earned a spot on the United Soccer Coaches All-America fourth team.
Bhuta was among three players from Stanford, being one of just two field players, to complete all 23 matches this season for the Cardinal. Hailing from Pittsburgh, Pa., she netted three goals and provided two assists, totaling eight points while accumulating 1,849 minutes in a midfield role. Ranked No. 82 on TopDrawerSoccer’s Preseason Top 100 players list, Bhuta also secured a place on the United Soccer Coaches All-Atlantic Region first team and was recognized as All-ACC second team at the end of the regular season.
Stanford concluded the 2024 season boasting a 16-5-2 overall record and celebrated its 12th appearance in the College Cup.
