Asset management company Blue Owl signed a sponsorship agreement across all four Grand Slam tennis tournaments in 2025. As the financial service patch sponsor, Blue Owl’s logo will be featured on the shirt of select players, which will be decided on a round-by-round basis. Australian tennis player Jordan Thompson is serving as Blue Owl’s athlete ambassador at the 2025 Australian Open (Blue Owl). Blue Owl estimates that it will spend $2M “across more than 100 matches this year.” At last year’s U.S. Open, the company spent an estimated $500,000. This year it will partner with P11 Group, a London-based sports marketing firm that has agreements with all four Grand Slam tournament organizers and generally signs up “around 90% of the players” (FORBES, 1/12). The N.Y. Times recently looked at Blue Owl Capital in a Sunday Business feature.
