The Panthers are coming off a 62-48 win against Midland High from last Friday while Frenship defeated Odessa High 74-41.
The Tigers (24-7 overall, 9-0 in District 2-6A) are currently in first place while the Panthers (23-9, 8-1) sit in second.
Permian lost the first game against Frenship 66-56 last month at Permian Fieldhouse.
