Andrew Davies, Mukwonago boys tennis
On May 2, the senior No. 1 singles players earned his 100th career varsity tennis win after a 6-0, 6-0 victory to become the first player in Mukwonago boys tennis history to reach the 100-win milestone. He’s on track for his third straight trip to the state tournament with a 19-2 mark this season.
Leah Dehne, Waterford girls soccer
The Wolverines’ leading scorer notched a goal and an assist in a 2-0 win over Badger on April 29, followed by five goals and an assist in an 8-0 win over Racine Case on May 2. She has 16 goals and four assists this season.
Tony Pietrangelo, West Bend West boys golf
The senior had three top-10 finishes last week, led by an individual medalist performance of 76 strokes to lead a team win at the Fond du Lac Invitational at Rolling Meadows Golf Course. The event win was West Bend West’s first since 2017. He also shot 37 at the nine-hole North Shore Conference Meet (3rd) at Brown Deer Park, and an 84 (10th) at The Bull Invite at Pinehurst Farms.
Elise Schroeder, Arrowhead girls track and field
Schroeder pole-vaulted 13 feet, 6 inches at the Brookfield Central Lancer Invite on May 3 to set a Wisconsin state high school record height recorded during the WIAA high school outdoor season, according to MileSplit WI.
Connor Shada, Kenosha Indian Trail baseball
Shada led a series-winning effort over Kenosha Tremper with a 4-for-10 effort at the plate, walking twice, scoring three runs and driving in four runs. The four RBIs included a pair of two-out hits that scored a run each. Shada also pitched a scoreless inning while playing three positions across the infield (second, third and shortstop) over the course of the week. Indian Trail took wins of 10-3 and 8-3 over Tremper to remain in contention for the Southeast Conference title.

LANSING, Mich. (WILX) – News 10 was at one high school baseball game and one boys lacrosse game on Monday. Okemos baseball hosted Lansing Everett in a CAAC Blue Conference doubleheader. Okemos won the first game 18-3 to earn head coach Raul Presas’s 100th win for the Wolves. Okemos players surprised Presas with a banner and plaque commemorating the milestone win. Okemos went on to win the second game 15-5.
Grand Ledge lacrosse traveled to Byron Center and picked up a late 13-12 win to improve to 10-4 this season.

Starting with Helias, the lone goal from Jenna Roark was the difference in the Lady Crusaders’ 1-0 win against Union.
Across town, Capital City scored early and often in their 12-0 win against Owensville.
The Lady Cavaliers got the win on senior night.
In Columbia, Rock Bridge and Smith-Cotton had to go to penalty kicks where the visiting Tigers came out on top, 2-1.
Down in Eugene, Olivia Kempker scored four goals in the first half in the Lady Eagles’ 9-1 win against California.
The result in Eugene’s 10th win of the season.

Dom Salomone and Kaden Gregory also had two hits. Marlington’s Garrett Dilon went 3-for-4 with a double and two RBIs. Landon Hawthorne, Parker Woods and Cole Jones added two hits apiece for the Dukes (11-7). ST. VINCENT-ST. MARY 5, CENTRAL CATHOLIC 4: The Irish scored a run in the 10th to edge the Crusaders. Luke Spittler homered and doubled for Central Catholic (11-4). Luke Vlacovsky also had two hits and an RBI. TRIWAY 11, TUSLAW 0: Landon Gannet had the only hit of the game for the Mustangs (14-7, 7-4) in their loss to the Titans. He also threw one inning of scoreless relief. BUCKEYE TRAIL 7, EAST CANTON 2: Eli Starnes drove in a run for the Hornets in their loss to Buckeye Trail. STRASBURG 11, MALVERN 1: Cam Good and Owen Warth each had a hit for the Hornets in their loss to the Tigers. Monday softball highlights: Addy Campbell homers twice in Louisville winLOUISVILLE 10, WEST BRANCH 2: The Leopards scored eight runs in the fourth to take command of their game against the Warriors. Addy Campbell hit two homers and drove in four for Louisville. Winning pitcher Taylor Schneider struck out eight. West Branch’s Mati Hawk went 3-for-3 with a double. EAST CANTON 8, BUCKEYE TRAIL 1: Winning pitcher Caidynce Murphy struck out 11 and also had three hits to help lead East Canton past Buckeye Trail. Madison Lint and Taylor Slentz finished with two hits apiece for the Hornets. ROOTSTOWN 15, LAKE CENTER CHRISTIAN 1: Cammi Stoltzfus drove in the Tigers’ only run in their loss to the Rovers.

- GLENOAK 5, LOUISVILLE 0: Singles players Eli Smith and Luke Johnston and the doubles team of Dylan Wiles and Jack Slay all recorded 6-0, 6-0 wins for the Golden Eagles.
- HOOVER 5, CANTON SOUTH 0: Brennan Calhoun and Josh Blake won 6-0, 6-0 in singles and EJ Enrique and Drew Pike did not lose a game in their doubles match for the Vikings.
- WEST BRANCH 5, EAST LIVERPOOL 0: Caden Zion and Camden Lane did not lose a game in their singles wins for the Warriors (11-3), who have won eight straight.
- PERRY 3, KIDRON CENTRAL CHRISTIAN 2: The Panthers improved to 5-8 with a win over Kidron Central Christian. Brantley Stangelo and Luke Wagner earned singles victories for Perry. Frankie Silla and Wyatt Thorpe won in three sets at No. 2 doubles.
Monday girls lacrosse highlights: Kim Otte, Stella Sommers lead Hoover past Chardon
- HOOVER 16, CHARDON 5: Kim Otte and Stella Somers scored four goals apiece for the Vikings in a game called after three quarters due to lightning. Somers added two assists.
