The Enhanced Games are going to be huge and I couldn’t be prouder to support this movement that is changing sports foreverThe celebration of the Enhanced Games has been delayed since the project was unveiled in the summer of 2023. On its website it is now announced that the first edition is scheduled for late 2025 or early 2026. “We are currently in a bidding process with potential host cities and will announce the dates and location in early 2025, once selection has taken place,” the Enhanced Games website reports.”The Enhanced Games are a statement of freedom. For too long, we have let bureaucrats and corrupt institutions decide what is ‘allowed’ in sports and what is not. That era is over. We are giving power back to athletes and fans, and I can’t wait to see history being made,” says Omeed Malik, founder of 1789 Capital
The Enhanced Games are the brainchild of Aron D’Souza. His intention is to organise this event with five disciplines: athletics, swimming, weightlifting, gymnastics and combat sports. And all with athletes who can compete even if they use doping substances. “Athletes are adults… and they have the right to do with their bodies what they want: my body, my choice; your body, your choice,” explains D’Souza.
Before the last Olympic Games in Paris, D’Souza announced that between 50 and 100 athletes, who will participate in the French capital, were in the process of formalizing their registration for the Enhanced Games
“For more than 100 years, the elites in charge of global sports have stifled innovation, crushed individual greatness and refused to allow athletes to push the limits of what is possible. That ends now. The Enhanced Games represent the future: real competition, real freedom and real records being broken. It’s about excellence, innovation and American dominance on the world stage, something the MAGA movement is all about. The Enhanced Games are going to be huge and I couldn’t be prouder to support this movement that is changing sports forever,” says Donald Trump Jr. in the statement released by his capital firm to announce this investment.

What are the Enhanced Games?
Athletes who participate will receive a fixed amount of money and cash prizes, with additional bonuses reaching up to seven figures for setting new world records. Swimmer James Magnussen has already accepted, for one million dollars, to return to competition and dope in the Enhanced Games to try to break the world record in the 50 meters freestyle.1789 Capital, the group of Donald Trump Jr. with Omeed Malik and Chris Buskirk, would have contributed an amount that would be in the “double-digit millions”, according to Aron D’Souza, the Melbourne-born, London-based entrepreneur behind the event.”With these powerful investors, we are building something revolutionary: sport without hypocrisy, where the best can really be the best. Our investors see the future and back it with conviction,” said D’Souza.
The World Anti-Doping Agency has already condemned the idea of creating these Enhanced Games: “The health and well-being of athletes is WADA’s number one priority. It is clear that this event would jeopardize this by promoting the use of potentially harmful substances and methods. As we have seen throughout history, performance-enhancing drugs have had a terrible physical and mental impact on many athletes. Some have died.” This is an opinion shared by the Australian Sports Commission.
