DragChamp Top 10 List

1 – Jeromy Hefler

Former IHRA World Champ Jeromy Hefler leads the Top 10 List this week after making four final round appearances in the last week. A week ago Hefler drove his Subaru Brat to a win and a runner-up at the Windmill Nationals in Ardmore, OK. This past weekend, he repeated that feat with win and a runner-up at Xtreme Raceway Park in his Mazda Miata.

2 – Keaton Overstreet

Keaton Overstreet is a close second this week after winning twice in three finals in the last two weekends. A week ago Overstreet won a $7,000 race and this past weekend he won $5K on the bottom and added a runner-up finish in Top.

3 – Talon Farmer

Talon Farmer lands in the three spot this week after winning the Folk Race Cars dragster race at the TB Promotions Twin 50’s in St. Louis. Farmer took home a beautiful dragster that was fully painted, wired, and decked out with brand name products.

4 – Mark Buttrum

Mark Buttrum sits in the four spot after winning Friday’s $50K at the Twin 50’s. Buttrum stopped John Labbous Jr. in the final round to earn the big check and Louisville Slugger.

5 – Shawn Langdon

Top Fuel racer and 2x NHRA Super Comp World Champ Shawn Langdon added another trophy to his collection after winning the Saturday $50K at the Twin 50’s. Langdon stopped Caden Meuth in the final round.

6 – Jaeden Durst

Jaeden Durst doubled up at Dragway 42 winning Box and No Box to earn a Top 10 showing.

7 – Mikel McQueen

Mikel McQueen lands in the lucky #7 spot this week after doubling up in Odessa. McQueen won Top and No Box to complete a bucket list item. The double had eluded him after coming up one winlight short several times recently.

8 – Casey Baugh

Casey Baugh was the lone motorcycle racer at the Twin 50’s but that didn’t stop him from showing out. Baugh opened the weekend with back-to-back No Box runner-ups and closed the weekend with a semifinal finish on Saturday. Casey is quickly becoming one of the toughest bottom bulb racers in the country and is doing it on two wheels!

9 – Charlie Lockhart

Charlie Lockhart and family entered four classes at Gleason and they ended up in four finals! Charlie finished the day with a pair of runner-up finishes (Top & No Box) to secure a Top 10 showing.

10 – TB Promotions Twin 50’s Runner-Ups

We close the Top 10 this week with the Twin 50’s runner-ups. Caden Meuth led the way making the split at 10 cars on Friday and then finishing with runner-up on Saturday. Tim Foley made the final round in the dragster race and John Labbous Jr. was runner-up to Mark Buttrum in Friday’s $50K.
