Eight from Cross Country/Track & Field Earn CSC Academic All-District

The 2025 Academic All-District Men’s and Women’s Track & Field and Cross Country teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the track, in the field, and in the classroom were announced on June 24. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes men’s and women’s track & field and cross country honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

In order to be eligible for this award, a student-athlete must have posted a time or mark within the top 50 in their competitive region. The student-athlete almost must be over a sophomore in academic standing with a grade-point average over 3.5.

Drew Taylor – Senior, West Hartford, Conn. | Business Administration, 3.96 GPA

Matt Lokshin – Junior, Woodcliff Lake, N.J. | Exercise Science, 3.70 GPA

Joy Petersen – Senior, East Islip, N.Y. | Legal Studies, 4.0 GPA

Rachel Larson – Junior, Granby, Conn. | Clinical Health Studies, 3.98 GPA

Talia Hutchinson – Sophomore, Ridgewood, N.J. | Exercise Science, 3.92 GPA

Lily Seyfert – Senior, Wyomissing, Pa. | Business Administration, 3.87 GPA

Laura Suppa – Senior, Canastota, N.Y. | Art, 3.75 GPA
