Eight Named to NCAA Men’s & Women’s At-Large Academic All-District® Teams
MONROE, La. — Eight ULM student-athletes from three different sports were selected to the 2024-25 Academic All-District NCAA Men’s & Women’s At-Large Team, College Sports Communicators announced on Tuesday (June 17).
The honorees included beach volleyball student-athletes Claire Williamson, Abby Ryno and Madeline Marquez; men’s golf student-athletes Louis Anceaux and Javier Balbastre; and women’s golf student-athletes Anna Andrysova, Matilda Svahn and Johanna Sjursen.
Anceaux, who was selected to the All-Sun Belt First Team and made an NCAA Regional appearance as an individual, was picked to be a finalist for the Academic All-America recognition. The 2025 CSC Academic All-America NCAA Men’s At-Large Team will be announced on July 9.
