DAYTONA BEACH, FLA — Embry-Riddle won their eighth straight Peach Belt Conference men’s outdoor Track & Field Championship on Tuesday. The Eagles scored 226 total points, edging out Flagler who was second with 157 and Augusta who were third at 123.
ERAU’s K’Anthony Benjamin set a PBC meet record in the 100m, winning with a time of 10.37. That is the fastest in the PBC this season and also an NCAA provisional time. He also won the 200m in a time of 21.03.
In the field events, the Eagles’ Kobe Diggs won the triple jump with a 15.36, setting an NCAA provisional mark.
Other notable performances included Flagler’s Will Stone, who set a meet record in the 800m with a time of 1:50.04, which is also best in the league this season.
