A former South Jersey youth sports complex owner has been indicted on charges after allegedly luring and sexually assaulting a boy on multiple occasions.
Tara R. Carr, 46, of Woodstown, allegedly sexually assaulted a 14-year-old boy on four occasions in Salem County and sent him nude videos and photos, according to police.
