The Expert Edit features interviews with specialists about the products they swear by in their chosen field. For the latest installment, we spoke with Ginger Ann Ressler, co-founder of Fabletics, about her go-to products for staying active and healthy during holiday season travel.

Ginger Ressler launched Fabletics alongside her husband, Don, and Adam Goldenberg in 2013 with the goal to serve women with active lifestyles the most technologically advanced, quality-tailored workout clothes. After over 10 years, the brand has partnered and collaborated with some of the most well-known celebrities, from Khloé Kardashian and Kate Hudson to Kevin Hart and Kelly Rowland — which Ressler says helped establish the company with an even broader reach.

“As a lifelong athlete and someone who needs to feel healthy from the inside out, activewear has been a part of my life long before it became a trend,” she explains. And while she initially set out to design for women who need versatility — challenging her team to craft pieces that bestow confidence, accentuate a woman’s body and allow her to feel sexy, while also performing well — she hasn’t stopped welcoming change in the business.

“Always be open to expansion and diversification,” she says, continuing, “Being a founder of a business is about adapting to change and always being open to new opportunities. This approach also speaks to my personal life, as I have growing children who face new challenges and opportunities all the time. I’m always re-learning how to stay nimble and teaching them how to embrace and adapt to whatever comes their way.” Fabletics now includes men’s, lounge, sleep, any-where, swim, and scrubs as additional categories, and the team is currently gearing up to drop plenty of exciting new collections in 2025.

Ressler, who is frequently on the go, took the time to share her healthy product recommendations for staying active during the holiday season.
