Joseph Hartman, the No. 94 overall recruit in the national 2026 class, begins his official visit to Michigan today.

A 6-foot-5 swingman out of Gainesville (Fla.) The Rock School, Hartman has a long-standing relationship with Dusty May and his staff. He says he’s eager to learn more about what the Wolverines envision for him.

“I watched Mike Boynton coach at Oklahoma State when I was growing up,” Hartman said of Michigan. “I have known Coach Dusty for a couple of years. He and Drew Williamson brought me on my first unofficial visit to Florida Atlantic when I was only a sophomore. He has been recruiting me for a couple of years now. I’ve built a good relationship with them. They win big, and I want to get to college and win. I want to see how they see me helping their program and how they can make me the best version of myself.”

Hartman has already taken official visits to Butler, Dayton, Iowa, and Minnesota. He broke down his thoughts on each program with 247Sports:
