GRANDVIEW — Grandview High School will host a dual-sport youth camp on July 1, offering basketball and volleyball skills training for boys and girls entering grades 1 through 8. The camp will run from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Grandview High School gym.
The event, organized by the GHS Girls Basketball and Volleyball Boosters, is open to all skill levels, including non-residents.
The day will include basketball training from 9 to 11:30 a.m., lunch from 11:30 a.m. to noon, volleyball training from noon to 2:30 p.m., and a leadership and mindset session from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.
Proceeds from the camp will help fund summer tournaments and team camps for the Grandview High School girls basketball and volleyball teams. GHS coaches and athletes will volunteer as camp instructors.
A $65 registration is required for each camper, and medical and concussion waivers must be submitted prior to participation.
