Hasbro (HAS, Financial) has unveiled a strategic expansion into the casino industry through multi-year licensing agreements with four prominent partners: Aristocrat Technologies, Evolution, Galaxy Gaming, and Bally’s. This move is part of Hasbro’s “Playing to Win” strategy, aimed at broadening the reach of its iconic brands, such as MONOPOLY and YAHTZEE, to adult audiences through innovative casino formats.

The collaborations will see these beloved brands integrated into a variety of casino environments including land-based gaming slots, online gaming slots, casino table games, and online casinos, with the first new titles expected in January 2026. This initiative marks a significant step in Hasbro’s nearly 30-year history of licensing its intellectual properties to the gambling sector.

Claire Hunter Gregson, Director of Gaming Relationships at Hasbro, emphasized the importance of meeting fans where they are, from the game table to the casino floor, and expressed confidence in the visionary partners’ ability to reimagine Hasbro’s offerings for adult gamers.

Hasbro has continually sought to innovate and expand its brand presence globally, serving over 500 million kids, families, and fans with a wide range of products and media. The company’s latest financial standing includes a market cap of 9.89 billion, with institutional ownership at a significant 90.97%.
