Today, Holley High School seniors Alivia and Zoey Wolf committed to playing collegiate soccer next fall by signing their letters of intent.
Alivia, a defender/forward and the team’s captain, will be attending Genesee Community College (GCC). She has not yet chosen her field of study.
Zoey, a defender and fellow captain, is set to attend Alfred University, where she plans to major in Early Childhood Education.
The sisters have been active participants in the Holley soccer program for six years. They played vital roles in achieving the 2023 Section V championship and the Far West Regional championship. Furthermore, they contributed to the school’s history by being part of the first girls’ soccer team to win a regional championship and compete in the NYS Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) state tournament.
Alivia is a two-time Genesee Region All-Star (2022, 2024) and earned a spot on the Section V All-Tournament Team in 2024. Zoey has been recognized as a three-time Genesee Region All-Star (2022, 2023, 2024) and a two-time honoree on the Section V All-Tournament Team (2023, 2024).
“Coaching these two has been an incredible journey, as I am both their coach and their mother,” stated Renee Wolf, Holley Girls’ Varsity Soccer coach and high school educator. “They have put in tremendous effort to reach this point, and I am exceptionally proud of them. They have taken part in many wonderful achievements here at Holley during their soccer journey, and I wish them the very best in all their future endeavors.”
