Congratulations to Coach Amy Simpson on the monumental career milestone.
SPRING, TX — Grand Oaks’ Amy Simpson earned her 400th career win as a Head Coach following her squad’s victory over the Willis Ladykats.
Without a concentrated drive to build, the Grizzlies would have likely meandered since coming onto the scene. Still, it’s determined leaders like Simpson who have envisioned, created, and evolved a culture of meaningful play that comes to fruition regularly.
Consecutive trips to the postseason, strong showings against out-of-district opponents, and meaningful development from within have all contributed to the success of Simpson and her players.
Increased steps to contend have put the Grand Oaks program and Simpson in positions to secure wins against high-caliber opponents, doing so in increasingly high amounts.
Upon returning to Montgomery County to become Grand Oaks’ first girls soccer coach, Simpson has done a tremendous job building a culture of sustainable success in an ultra-competitive district.
