As one of the best footballers on the planet, and with one of the most intense daily routines of any athlete, this was a tough challenge. Watching the worlds best soccer players like Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, Neymar, and Mbappe during the Fifa World Cup last year got me wondering: what does it take to get to that level?
