KUWAIT CITY, Dec 7: Equestrian instructor Ahmed Al-Omran highlighted that the formation of a national federation to manage Kuwaiti equestrian activities on January 5, 2021, along with the initiation of the inaugural local league championship during the 2021-2022 season, played a crucial role in advancing the sport in Kuwait. He expressed his appreciation to everyone who participated in reaching this achievement, which he regarded as a point of national pride.
Al-Omran noted, “Our riders are putting in remarkable efforts to improve their abilities and vie for titles. I have trained young equestrians as early as 5 or 6 years old, and today we boast stars acknowledged in Kuwaiti, Gulf, Arab, and Asian equestrian communities.”
He continued, “The Kuwait Equestrian Center feels like a second home to me. Equestrianism is everything in my existence—it changes a person entirely. Training is not merely a job for me; it is the core of my love for the equestrian realm.”
