A ruling by the Miami state court has the National Association for Stock Car Racing Inc. gearing up for a likely fall trial over allegations of false promises to the founders of the LGBCoin cryptocurrency, who earlier claimed they suffered $571 million in damages.

Joseph Delich, a New York partner at Freedman Normand Friedland, is the lead attorney for the plaintiff, the LetsGoBrandon.com Foundation, and is joined by his partner, Velvel Freedman, against the defendant, NASCAR. Delich and Freedman are the same duo who convinced jurors to return $5 million against CNN, largely as a result of pivotal cross-examinations at trial.
