LL Cool J has teamed with the Skateroom to create an exclusive line of limited-edition skate decks and triptychs. The partnership is in celebration of his new album, The FORCE, available now via Def Jam Recordings/Virgin Music Group. This vibrant collection pays tribute to the rapper’s legacy, blending bold graphics inspired by the album’s artwork with the artistry of skateboarding culture.

Each piece is a collector’s dream, combining music, art, and skateboarding in an unprecedented collaboration. Limited to just 200 solo decks and 100 triptychs worldwide, these exclusive editions come with a Certificate of Authenticity, each individually numbered and hand-signed by LL Cool J himself.

“Skateboarding, music, and art are about breaking boundaries and rewriting the rules. Collaborating with the Skateroom on these limited-edition decks honors The FORCE and the culture that made me, while sparking the next wave of creativity,” says LL Cool J. “These decks are for those bold enough to push what’s possible and make their mark. Let’s ride.”

This limited-edition collection offers fans and collectors a rare opportunity to own a piece of cultural history while contributing to meaningful global impact.

The FORCE, released on September 6th, is LL’s first new album in over a decade and serves as a potent reminder of just how visceral his music can be. Produced by A Tribe Called Quest’s Q-Tip, The FORCE represents years of intense work, which the Queens emcee likens to “learning how to rap again.” “It’s like a director going back to film school after he’s had blockbusters,” LL says, or “Denzel going back to acting class.” The result is an album that sounds thoroughly modern—full of razor-sharp writing and nimble, elastic vocals—but rooted in a rich tradition. With The FORCE, LL returns to the music scene to show fans that an artist of his status can continue to achieve greatness so many years later.
