Mark E. Heflin  Mark E. Heflin, 68, of Davisville, WV, died Sunday, Jan. 5, 2025, at Camden Clark WVU Medicine. He was born in Parkersburg, WV a son of Ethel E. (Caplinger) Heflin of Davisville, WV and the late James E. Heflin. He was a security officer for the Army National Guard and had also worked as the maintenance/safety officer for Western Hills. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, the Steelers, and NASCAR. In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife Gina (Wilson) Heflin; two daughters Jessica Heflin (Ben French) and Jamie Lee Heflin both of Davisville; son Mark James Heflin (Tricia) of Parkersburg; four grandchildren Natalie, Emmalee, Lillian, and Kaylee Heflin; and three sisters Debra Schoffler of West Union, WV, Kimberly Evans (Mike) of Parkersburg, and Tammy Heflin of Parkersburg. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his sister infant Shelia Heflin. A memorial gathering will be held Saturday, Jan. 18, 2025, 2-4 p.m. at the Leavitt Reception Center, 620 Avery Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101.
