McGuire Named to Preseason Volleyball All-MAC Team

CLEVELAND— Kent State senior Mackenzie McGuire has been named to the 2025 Preseason Volleyball All-MAC Team, as the Mid-American Conference office announced the 14-member team on Monday.

McGuire has ranked in the top 10 in the conference in kills per set each of the past two seasons and has led the Golden Flashes in total kills in all three seasons in Blue and Gold. The versatile outside hitter enters her final collegiate season with 915 kills and 473 digs.

Kent State will open the 2025 campaign this weekend at the Florida Atlantic Invitational with two matches on Friday and one on Saturday.
