WINONA, Minn. – The Winona State University men’s golf team is set to compete at the Firekeeper Open in Mayetta, Kansas on Monday, April 7 and Tuesday, April 8 playing at Firekeeper Golf Club.
The Warriors come off a fourth-place finish in the NSIC Preview Invitational where Tyler Gandrud finished second individually overall in a field of more than 100 players. Finishing in the top ten was also Peyton Coahran who shot a 142 (-2) in the two rounds, finishing in eighth place.
Competing at the Firekeeper Open are 19 different teams, with four of those being from the NSIC.
