Ryan Blaney is on the pole for the Go Bowling at The Glen NASCAR Cup Series race on Aug. 10 at Watkins Glen International.

Blaney’s lap of 1:11.960 was just ahead of Shane van Gisbergen, who ran in the first group.

Chase Briscoe is third, three-hundredths of a second back of Blaney.
