Sa’Mya Dorsey | Opposite | Phoenix, AZ
Dorsey played all four years at Millennium High School, helping the Tigers to a 126-38 record over the last four year. In region play, she helped the squad post a 36-5 record, including three consecutive years (2021-2023) of going undefeated in region play. Throughout her high school career, she earned first-team, second team, and honorable mention accolades for her performance on the court.
Wargo-Kearney on Dorsey: “”Sa’Mya Dorsey comes to us fresh off her third straight club open championship with her club team, Arizona Storm. She is a player that has a high ceiling and can play both the left and right-side positions for us. She loves to compete and adding players from winning cultures is always a bonus. We are excited to add her to our Pack!”
Zuzanna Maciejewicz | Libero | Gorzów Wielkopolski, Poland
Maciejewicz heads to North Carolina from Poland. She attended Sms Stezyca and played club ball for Moya Radomka Radom. In club play, she finished third in U15, second in U17, and first place in U19 at the national championships. Her U17 squad, Dream Team, won the U17 National Championship in Poland in 2021-22. During the U18 Polish Championships in 2022-23, she was tabbed the best libero.
Volleyball runs through her family as her dad, Pawel, is a professional player in Poland for UKS ŻAK Krzzeszyce.
Wargo-Kearney Maciejewicz: “Zuzanna comes to us from playing at the highest club level in her country. She is also going to be competing this summer with the U21 Polish National team. She will play in the European Championships and compete for a roster spot to be on the World Championship team as well. She is fairly tall for a libero and because of that, has great range as a receiver. She is also a strong defender that has a knack for reading the game. She also enjoys studying film and is a true student of the game. We are excited Zuzanna chose to join the Pack!”
Sara Marinkovic | Outside | Belgrade, Serbia
Marinkovic joins the Wolfpack from Belgrade, Serbia. While attending Gimnazija “Branko Radičević” Stara Pazova, she earned first team All-Region honors. Academically, she earned a diploma for excellent achievement. The outside finished first in all pioneer, cadet and junior competitions while playing club.
During the 2020-21 club season, she placed third in the Serbian Prva Liga with OK Omladinac and went on to finish first the following year. At the 2024-25 Servia SuperCup, she placed second with Jedinstvo Stara Pazova.
Wargo-Kearney on Marinkovic: “We had a fairly long recruiting process with Sara this spring and we are so happy she chose the Wolfpack. She comes from playing at the highest club level in Serbia. She has a really strong all-around game, is a good passer and is an attacker with a lot of range. She will complement our strong outside hitter core very well. She is very driven and aspires to play professionally beyond her career here. She will be an exciting player to watch in Reynolds!”
