HUNTSVILLE, AL. – The second seeded North Florida Ospreys won the fifth Atlantic Sun Conference Championship Beach Volleyball tournament title in program history after defeating #1 Stetson in the final.


The day began with a semifinal matchup between #2 North Florida and #3 FGCU where the Ospreys came out on top 3-2. It was a back-and-forth matchup as the Ospreys’ No. 1 duo of Cameron Humphries and Taylor Pierce took their FGCU foes to three sets and eventually clinched the win for North Florida. 

In the Championship Final, the Ospreys took a 2-0 lead over the Hatters after Andrea Da Silva and Sophia Notaro clinched the point on Court 5 in straight sets. Shortly after, Eden Anderson and Hayden Wooldridge notched the second point by defeating their Stetson opponents in thrilling three-set fashion, 14-21, 21-14, 15-12. Pair of the Tournament, Mariana Feliciano Sanchez and Madison Espy clinched the match point and hardware for the Ospreys after defeating Stetson’s No. 3 pair in straight sets, 21-16, 21-18.
