Off the wall thinking about NIL money
Obviously NIL is killing most programs. What if the college that poaches a player, that team then needs to pay the team who lost the player the same amount in NIL money?
For example, LSU taking Delane for say 500k, then LSU also pays VT 500k too
Maybe if a players wants to transfer but the other college doesn’t want to pay, then the player cannot make NIL money that season.
I know this will never work for multiple reasons but I am just trying to find a way that less players transfer and the teams that lose players can go out and try to pick up a player
