MALIBU, California – The Pepperdine University Athletics Department and Pirnia Law Group are proud to announce a multi-year extension of their partnership, and designation as an Official Attorney Sponsor of Pepperdine Athletics. The partnership includes the continuation of the “Community Corner” program, and the “Community Assist” program—which supports the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law.
The Pirnia Law Group Community Corner is an initiative that invites local schools, youth groups, charity organizations and underserved youth to attend Pepperdine men’s basketball games at Firestone Fieldhouse. For the Community Assist Program, the Pirnia Law Group will donate $150 to the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, for every assist that the Men’s Basketball team compiles during West Coast Conference play. This total is capped at $25,000, which has been reached each of the last two seasons. So far this season, the Waves have already had 116 assists, totaling $17,400.

Ardy Pirnia, and his group’s, continued commitment to Pepperdine Athletics, our student-athletes, and the local community is truly inspiring,” says Director of Athletics, Tanner Gardner. “This renewed partnership will allow us to continue elevating our programs and providing exceptional opportunities for our student-athletes.”
“The Pirnia Law Group’s generous support has opened doors for law students at the Caruso School of Law,” says Dean of Students, Diversity and Belonging, and Career Development Chalak Guinses. “The Pirnia Career Networking Fund allows students to attend conferences and networking events and have meaningful contact with employers and members of the legal community. The partnership with the Pirnia Law Firm reminds our students that there are opportunities available to them and that all students belong at Pepperdine Caruso Law and in the profession.”
