Phillip “Phil” J. Lampereur, 77, Bellevue resident, passed away on Thursday afternoon, August 14, 2025, at a local hospital. He was born on February 14, 1948, in Namur to the late Harry and Grace (Chaudoir) Lampereur. Phil graduated as class president from Southern Door High School in 1966. During his time in high school, he received a varsity letter in track and field and played bass guitar in the band “Morticians”. Phil attended and graduated from the Brown Institute in Minneapolis. He worked as a disc jockey at various radio stations including WDUZ and WNFL in Green Bay. Phil then went on to work in welding at Hamachek in Kewaunee, Structural Steel in Green Bay and retired from Kewaunee Fabrications.

On June 18, 1977, he married Linda Bertrand at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Green Bay.

Phil’s hobbies included gardening, playing cards, feeding his birds and going to summer concerts in the parks. He also volunteered at St. Vincent de Paul, Aurora BayCare Medical Center and Bellin Hospital. Phil was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church where he also served as an usher.

He is survived by his wife, Linda; son, Steve Lampereur; daughter, Kim (Nakul Vyas) Lampereur; brother, Mark (Ann) Lampereur; sisters in-law and brothers-in-law, Joyce Lampereur, Roy De Baker, Sharon (Dave) Bjorkman, Dan (Jody) Bertrand, Harry (Suzie) Bertrand, Russ (Diane) Bertrand, Janet (special friend, O.J. Billington, Jr.) Rosio and Marilyn (Lee) Remington; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Jim Lampereur and Tom Lampereur; and sister, Betty De Baker.

Visitation will be held at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 3425 Willow Rd., on Thursday, August 21, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass. Funeral Mass 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the church with Rev. Bill Hoffman officiating. Entombment will take place at the Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum.
