Portland’s 3s and 5s set the tone with dominant two-set victories. Elizabeth Ortiz and Taylor Helle won 21-9 and 21-10, while Michela Strati and Melissa Cormack followed with a 21-12, 21-16 victory. The 1s were the next flights to finish, trading points the whole way but ultimately securing the contest 21-19 and 21-15. Leonie Freytag and Elin Larsson dominated in flight 2, earning another win in two sets with score of 21-11 and 21-8. In flight 4, Valerie Bruk and Elena Bullemer fought hard to extend the match to three sets.
