PRINCETON, N.J. – After breaking the program record on their home track, the Princeton men’s 4×400 relay squad of Karl Dietz, Kavon Miller, Joey Gant and Xavier Donaldson were named Ivy Athlete of the Week on Tuesday.

The group clocked in with a fast time of 3:04.85 to replace the previous Princeton record of 3:05.86, set in 2011.

Their time currently ranks 30th in the nation.

The award marks Donaldson’s career second after he was part of an Ivy Athlete of the Week DMR squad earlier this year.

For Dietz, Miller and Gant, the award is their first weekly nod.

The Tigers will be back in action this weekend as they look to complete their 11th all-time Triple Crown with the Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonal Championships, hosted by Yale in New Haven, Conn.
